Your Responsibilities For Shipping:

1 - Providing the Correct Address:
Please double check your address. If you submit an incorrect address on your order, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs or redirection fees associated with your purchase. If a return SafeGuard shipping label was included in your purchase, then the return/redirection costs will be covered by that guarantee. If you did not purchase a return SafeGuard label at the time of checkout, then all third party shipping costs to redirect and/or return your shipment to the FastBear warehouse, due to the wrong address information submitted, all fees and associated charges will be your responsibility.

2 - Ensuring your Address CAN receive courier deliveries:
It is essential that couriers have access to your delivery address, this means only ship to an address where the courier can access your property. Gated communities, fenced properties and properties with dogs in the front yard may make your address inaccessible to couriers and will count as an incorrect/undeliverable address (refer to Providing the correct address).   

3 - Ensuring you are ready to receive your package:
All shipments with an "Authority to Leave" require a safe place at your front door for the courier to utilise in the event that you are not home when your shipment arrives. Please make sure that there is a covered, protected place that is out of sight from the street where your package can be left. Failure to do so may result in your package being damaged by weather, or stolen by opportunistic passers by. Damage and theft of shipments once they have been successfully delivered to your door are not the responsibility of the courier or FastBear.
 
4 - Track your Package:
Track your package daily to see it's progress. Knowing when your package is due to arrive will help you plan to pick it up as soon as possible after it is delivered. If your package tracks as "Delivered" and you have not located your package - call us immediately.
